About the project

The Residences at The Dubai Beach EDITION is an off-plan branded residential and hospitality development in Dubai Harbour. Owned and developed by Shamal Holding in collaboration with H&H Development, the project will be managed by Marriott International under the boutique EDITION brand. The development will consist of 165 serviced apartments spread across four low-rise, nine-storey buildings, alongside an 189-guest-room hotel. It will stand out as the only EDITION-branded property globally to feature its own private beachfront. The low-rise architecture by RSHP will be designed to offer residents beachfront access, sea views and complete privacy.
