Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of dxbpropy.ai — the website, the mobile app and the developer API (together, "the Service"). By using the Service you agree to them.

1. What the Service is

dxbpropy.ai provides Dubai property market information: prices, trends, yields and AI-generated analysis, built on aggregated official records of the Dubai Land Department (DLD) and other public sources.

2. Not financial or investment advice

The Service provides market information and analytical tools. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and no answer from the AI creates an adviser–client relationship. Property purchases are significant decisions — always do your own verification and consult licensed professionals before transacting.

3. Data accuracy

We work hard to keep figures accurate and current, and we always show real registered transaction data rather than asking prices. However, public records contain errors and revisions, aggregation involves judgement, and AI-generated text can contain mistakes. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty that any figure is error-free.

4. Accounts

You need an account for some features. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service (see Acceptable use).

5. Plans, billing & cancellation

The free plan includes a limited number of AI questions. Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Elite) are monthly subscriptions billed in advance through Stripe, in AED or your local currency equivalent. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.

Cancel anytime. You can cancel from your account page or the Stripe billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. We do not issue partial refunds for unused time, except where required by law or when the Service materially failed to function — in that case email us and we will make it right.

6. Acceptable use

You may not: resell or systematically scrape the Service's data; probe or attack the Service's security; use automated tools to bypass plan limits; use the Service for unlawful purposes; or misrepresent AI answers as official DLD statements. The developer API has its own rate limits and key terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Service's software, design, and aggregated datasets are our property. Underlying public records remain public. You may quote figures from the Service with attribution to "dxbpropy.ai".

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for decisions you make based on the Service's information.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the UAE.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
