dxbpropy.ai ("we", "us") is an AI-powered Dubai property information service. This policy explains what data we collect when you use dxbpropy.ai and our mobile app, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Account data. When you create an account we store your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name and profile picture as provided by Google. We never see or store your password when you use Google sign-in or email codes.

Chat history. Questions you ask the AI and the answers you receive are stored so you can revisit your conversations. Your chat history is private to your account and protected by row-level access controls — no other user can read it.

Payment data. Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. We store only your subscription plan, its status, and a Stripe customer reference.

Usage data. We use Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages visited, approximate location, device type). We also count the number of AI questions per user or device to enforce plan limits.

Local storage. We store your language, theme and unit preferences in your browser or device — these never leave it.

What we do NOT do

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your chat history with advertisers. We do not send marketing emails without your consent. We do not store card numbers.

Where the property data comes from

All market figures on dxbpropy.ai are aggregated from official public records of the Dubai Land Department (DLD) and other public sources. This data describes property transactions, not people; it contains no buyer or seller identities.

Who processes data for us

We rely on a small set of processors to run the service: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare (network security), Stripe (payments), Google (sign-in, analytics, AI model), and Resend (transactional email). Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.

Retention & deletion

Your account data and chat history are kept while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing [email protected] — we complete deletion within 30 days.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us at the address below and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

dxbpropy.ai is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy we will update this page and change the date at the top. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
