About the project

Arancia Yards is a new residential project by Beyond Developments, a design-led real estate developer operating under the Omniyat Group. It is their inaugural development in the City of Arabia, one of Dubailand's most established master communities. As the first residential cluster within the Mediterranean-inspired masterplan of The Yards, Arancia Yards will offer 272 residences across three low-rise buildings. The development plan presents a carefully composed collection of apartments and townhouses with premium finishes. Organised around a 4,200 sq. m. landscaped sunken garden, the community will integrate over 2,000 sq. m. of ground-level retail and F&B outlets. along with 3,000 sq. m. of rooftop terraces. Residents of Building A will enjoy access to the cluster's shared leisure facilities, including the resort-style swimming pool, indoor fitness hubs and surrounding green spaces. Arancia Yards by Beyond Building B Arancia Yards by Beyond Building B is the second block of the interconnected three-building cluster. Planned within the evolving mixed-use district of City of Arabia in Dubailand, this tower will comprise spacious residential apartments with high-quality interiors and large windows.
