Golf Dale Tower 1 Golf Dale Tower 1 will be an 11-storey residential building within the off-plan complex. The project will feature 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments alongside 3-bedroom townhouses situated on the podium level. Each unit will feature contemporary architecture with earth-toned façades and large windows to frame direct views of the golf course and surrounding landscapes. Residents of this tower will have direct access to the shared podium-level swimming pools, barbecue stations and children's play areas. Golf Dale Tower 2 Golf Dale Tower 2 will be a 14-storey residential building forming the second phase of the premium two-tower complex. The tower will offer a mix of 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom apartments as well as 3-bedroom townhouses. The layouts will emphasise open-plan configurations, neutral colour palettes and functional space planning. Residents will share access to the development's full array of wellness and recreational amenities, including the sports courts, jogging tracks, yoga decks and fitness spaces.
