Sera 2 is a resort-style residential project by Emaar Properties, located within the Rashid Yachts and Marina master community in Mina Rashid, Dubai. The waterfront development will offer a collection of premium properties including 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments alongside 3-bedroom townhouses. The community infrastructure will feature resort-style swimming pools, lush water gardens, landscaped terraces, an open-air amphitheatre, a multi-purpose lounge and sunlit marina promenades.
