About the project

Nourelle is an off-plan project by Meraas, located within the Madinat Jumeirah Living (MJL) community in Umm Suqeim, Dubai. The development features a trio of contemporary residential buildings seamlessly connected by a structural skybridge. The complex will offer 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom apartments designed with open-plan layouts and neutral colour palettes. Nourelle Building 3 Nourelle Building 3 will be an off-plan residential building completing the interconnected trio within Madinat Jumeirah Living. The building layout will contain 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom apartments.
