About the project

Passo by Beyond is an off-plan twin-tower waterfront project by Beyond Developments, located on the West Crescent of Palm Jumeirah, Dubai. The structural design planned for the complex includes two 14-storey residential buildings with rooftop access, six standalone two-storey villas and two shared basement parking levels. The upcoming project will offer 552 units, including 115 1-bedroom apartments, 242 2-bedroom apartments, 175 3-bedroom apartments, 10 4-bedroom apartments, 3 5-bedroom apartments and 7 6-bedroom apartments. The development is designed using biophilic principles and coastal contours, blending architectural layouts with nature-focused amenities. Avita Avita is one of the residential towers within the Passo complex. The tower will offer various residential properties, including apartments ranging from 1-bedroom layouts to 5-bedroom penthouses and 6-bedroom beachfront mansions. The building will integrate curved façades and spaces designed around wellness and nature. Bella Bella is the second residential tower forming the Passo development on the West Crescent, Palm Jumeirah. This building will house a selection of properties, spanning from 1-bedroom units to 5-bedroom penthouses and 6-bedroom beachfront mansions. The tower’s structural framework features a fluid architectural design overlooking the surrounding waterfront.
