About the project

Distrikt is an off-plan mixed-use residential complex developed by Majid Al Futtaim, within the forest-inspired community of Ghaf Woods in Dubailand. The development will feature multiple residential buildings offering 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom apartments alongside 3-bedroom twin-level duplexes. Each residence will be equipped with fully integrated kitchen appliances and will be available in two interior design palettes named Terra and Horizon. The vertical development will integrate residential, retail, dining and office spaces with infrastructure spanning over 30,000 square feet of dedicated amenities. Residents will share access to the Distrikt Club, the Distrikt Wellness fitness centre, spinning studios, a rock-climbing wall, a podium-level pool and the wider Ghaf Woods infrastructure, which includes a school, a mosque, a skatepark and forest trails. Distrikt 1 Distrikt 1 will be a residential building within the mixed-use complex. The tower will offer a collection of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments alongside duplexes. The building will feature the Cloud Lounge, a rooftop pool area that contains an infinity-edge pool, sun lounger decks and seating zones configured for residents. Distrikt 2 Distrikt 2 will be a 23-storey residential building within the complex, featuring a ground floor and a podium level. The tower will house a lower-density collection of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments, garden units with large private terraces on the third floor, and multi-level duplexes with private plunge pools on the upper levels. The structure will incorporate Sky Gardens on levels 16 and 17, which will serve as a communal social hub featuring a resident lounge, a private dining area with a show kitchen and co-working spaces overlooking the forest trails. Distrikt 3 Distrikt 3 will be an off-plan residential building forming part of the neighbourhood cluster. The building will feature 1, 2 and 3-bedroom properties designed with sustainable, low-emission materials. The layout is engineered to provide thermal efficiency and views overlooking the surrounding forest canopies and trails. Distrikt 4 Distrikt 4 will be an upcoming residential tower within the Distrikt community. The building will offer 1 and 2-bedroom apartments ranging from approximately 804 sq. ft. to 2,193 sq. ft. , alongside 3-bedroom configurations. The structure will be crowned by the Cloud Lounge rooftop amenity, providing residents with shared access to an infinity pool and panoramic views.
