<p>Omoria Private Residences is an ultra‑luxury residential hospitality brand created by Innovate Living and Dr Omar BinSulaiman, debuting on Dubai Islands. The boutique development will feature a limited collection of waterfront apartments and a signature penthouse with direct beach access and panoramic sea views. Omoria Hotel Residences will be fully furnished with bespoke Italian designs and anticipate comfort with smart home systems. <p>The project introduces a wellness-driven lifestyle with amenities such as infrared saunas, salt rooms, cryotherapy baths, oxygen therapy and a skyline padel court overlooking the sea. A dedicated wellbeing concierge will support personalised wellness, nutrition and in‑residence services. Designed around holistic wellbeing and refined hospitality Omoria sets a new benchmark in private luxury living.
