About the project

<p>Palm Flower will be a 12-storey residential building on Palm West Beach, Palm Jumeirah, developed by Alpago Properties and designed by Foster + Partners. It will feature exclusive full-floor residences, each with a private infinity pool, wrap-around garden terraces and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Arabian Gulf. <p>The lobby will include planted reflection pools and private elevators leading directly to each apartment. Amenities will include a cinema, a state-of-the-art gym, a study room and swimming pools. With personalised parking pods in the basement and an air-efficient design inspired by the palm flower, the Palm Flower Dubai will offer both luxury and sustainability.
